Milton Knowlton is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and holds the following designations: Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow, and Certified Accredited Estate Planner (AEP).

In addition, he holds advanced studies certificates in retirement and estate planning. Milton has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 1960 and is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table since 1965, a member and former President of the Estate Planning Council of Memphis, a former President of the Memphis Chapter of the Society for Financial Service Professionals, and a member and former President of the Memphis Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is also a former member of the board of directors of Regions Bank of Memphis, having served on the Directors Loan Committee, and Lifeblood. Milton is an Elder Emeriti of Second Presbyterian Church and a member of the University Club of Memphis and the Rotary Club of East Memphis.

He is married to his lovely wife, Mary Joy, and has 2 children and 5 grandchildren. In his free time, Milton enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
